Last December 2006, Amanda Brown, our Operations Manager, got engaged to Martin Wilson, our former IT specialist. We were obviously overjoyed with this wonderful news but we were more excited over the fact that a challenge was given to us --planning and executing Amanda’s dream wedding in the beautiful Lake District of England.
After several months of planning, via emails, endless phone calls and several trips to the UK, Amanda’s dream of an opulent and lavish wedding was slowly becoming a reality.
August 25th, amidst 150+ family and friends who flew in from all over the world, Amanda & Martin said their I do’s in Keswick St. John’s Church. Elegant floral arrangements were abundantly set inside this historical church.
The reception was held at the panoramic grounds of Derwent Lodge Hotel. Guests were treated to a visual buffet of luxurious linens, ornate tablescape and a radiantly in love newlywed.
Looking at the glimmer in Amanda’s eyes, we knew by then that once again a dream has been realized.
